Fall 2026 Convening in Contra Costa County

From October 20–22, Contra Costa County hosted the Multi-CountyPsychiatric Advance Directives Project’s fall convening, bringing togethercounty staff, peer facilitators, and subcontractors for in-person planning andalignment. Participants welcomed Solano County as the project’s ninth county,and shared outreach and implementation ideas, including social media, bussigns, trainings, and cross-agency partnerships. PAD facilitation as a Medi-Calbillable service was a major focus of discussion.
